By downloading, installing, or using the Remembrance mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Remembrance is a memorial photo application that allows users to store and view photos of loved ones on their device. The App provides daily photo displays, inspirational quotes, and a timeline view of memories.
New users receive a 7-day free trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refund requests should be directed to Apple according to their refund policy.
You retain all rights to photos and content you add to the App. The App stores all content locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership of your photos or memories.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
You are responsible for backing up your photos and content. We recommend regularly backing up your device to iCloud or another backup service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located.
