Your guide to using the Grant's Estate Agents app
The GEA app is the official mobile application from Grant's Estate Agents, designed to help you find your perfect property in Adelaide and South Australia.
With our app, you can:
Tap the heart icon on any property card or property detail page to save it to your favourites. Access your saved properties from the Saved tab.
On any property detail page, tap the "Book" or "Contact" button to see options for calling, sending an SMS, or emailing the listing agent directly.
Navigate to the "Open Homes" tab to see all upcoming inspections. You can filter by date to find open homes that suit your schedule.
On a property with a scheduled open home, tap "Add to Calendar" to save the inspection time to your preferred calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.).
"Ask Grants" is our AI-powered assistant that can answer questions about properties, provide market insights, and help you with your property search. Find it in the app's chat feature.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try pulling down to refresh the property list. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
Tap "Sign In" from the Profile tab, then tap "Sign in with Apple". Follow the prompts to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
